The branch is currently delivering around 2,000 hours of complex care per week, with a solid CQC history and established clinical teams. The next phase is about structured expansion, strengthening local commissioner relationships and developing services into new areas of the North West, including Burnley.The Role Youll take full responsibility for operational performance, quality, and growth within the Rochdale branch. This isnt a turnaround, its about building on a good base and developing it further. Youll oversee care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, support your care and clinical teams, and actively contribute to business development.
