Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in roofing to take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role in the companys continued success.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple roofing projects from pre-start through to final handover. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing multiple live roofing contracts (flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding systems)Overseeing Site Managers and operational teamsEnsuring strict adherence to health & safety regulationsManaging client relationships and attending progress meetingsMonitoring budgets, valuations, variations, and cost controlProcuring subcontractors and materialsResolving on-site issues efficiently and professionallyEnsuring projects meet quality and compliance standardsThe CandidateWe are looking for a proactive and commercially astute individual who has:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the roofing industryStrong knowledge of flat and/or pitched roofing systemsExcellent commercial awareness and cost management experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySMSTS, CSCS (Black/Managers), and First Aid (preferred)Full UK driving licenceIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now !JBRP1_UKTJ
