This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected regional developer known for quality, stability, and a strong reputation within the industry.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of their projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring value for money while maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage cost plans, estimates and budgets for residential developments.Monitor and control project costs, including subcontractors, materials and site preliminaries.Produce regular cost reports, forecasts and valuation assessments.Review contract documentation and manage procurement processes.Liaise with site and construction teams to evaluate variations and cost implications.Support project teams with commercial advice and risk management.Assist in post-completion cost analysis and closure activities.Who Were Looking ForProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housebuilding or residential development.Strong understanding of construction procurement methods and contract administration.Excellent analytical and financial management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Familiarity with industry software and Microsoft Office suite.What We OfferSalary up to 75,000 + Car Allowance + 25 days Holiday + PensionTraining and development opportunitiesA supportive, family-orientated company cultureExposure to exciting residential projects in Hampshire and DorsetApply NowIf you are a motivated and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor ready for a rewarding challenge with a respected regional housebuilder, wed love to hear from you.To find out more about this role contact Steve at Blaymires Recruitment.JBRP1_UKTJ
