Job Description CONVEYANCING TEAM LEADER PERMANENT, FULL TIME SWINTON, GREATER MANCHESTERUPTO 45,000 + BONUS + GREAT BENEFITS & CULTUREGet Recruited are working with a pioneering and prestigious law firm with a strong reputation within conveyancing across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a new Team Leader to join them, to lead, motivate, and train a positive and thriving team of 6 conveyancers.The Role:Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a team of conveyancers to achieve individual and departmental targets.Allocate workloads effectively, ensuring even distribution and timely completion of all cases.Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and client-focused team culture.Oversee daily operations of the conveyancing team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Monitor caseload volumes, progress, and quality of work to maintain high service standards.Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce risk.Signing off own and team mortgage reportsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 years PQE ideally with children / family panel accreditationExperienced with managing a team of conveyancers, including training and performance managementOrganised and positive approachExperience with commercial and residential propertiesBenefitsPension schemeAttendance bonus25 days holiday a year + 1 each year capped at 28Kaboodle employee benefitsEmployee assistance programmeBy sending an application or applying for a job, you consent to your personal data being processed and stored by Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in accordance with our Cookie & Privacy Policy (available in the footer on our website).
