Job Description ECHO Personnelis seeking a skilled and reliableElectrician / Wiring Technicianto join our clients busy manufacturing team inCorby.Our client is a well-established manufacturer of conveyor and material handling equipment, supplying high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions to distribution and logistics operations across the UK and internationally.Pay Rate:13.0014.00 per hour (depending on experience)Working Hours:Day Shift, Monday to FridayMonday to Thursday: 7:30am 4:30pmFriday: 7:30am 12:30pmKey Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems in conveyor units and workshop equipmentInterpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute installations accuratelyUtilise hand tools, power tools, and test equipment effectively to complete electrical tasksConduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issuesCollaborate with mechanical and assembly teams to ensure seamless project executionAdhere to safety regulations, company procedures, and best practices at all timesDocument work completed and report any discrepancies or issues encounteredRequirements:Proven experience as an electrician, wiring technician, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagramsCompetent using hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipmentKnowledge of electrical safety regulations and practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood level of spoken and written EnglishIf you are interested, please apply by submitting your CV.JBRP1_UKTJ
