Job Description Occupational HygienistOxfordshire | Full-time | Permanent27,000 - 35,000 DOE + benefits + profit shareAn employee-owned environmental consultancy is expanding its Oxfordshire team and is seeking an early-career Occupational Hygienist / Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Consultant.This is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career within a science-led consultancy that offers structured training, mentorship from senior specialists, and clear progression within a collaborative, employee-owned business.About the companyThe consultancy provides specialist occupational hygiene and environmental monitoring services across the UK, including:Workplace exposure monitoringIndoor air quality assessmentsDust and airborne contaminant monitoringTechnical consultancy supportBespoke equipment designLaboratory testing and analysisAs an employee-owned organisation, the company promotes shared success, technical excellence, and teamwork - supported by a profit-sharing model.The roleThis is a practical, hands-on position where you'll work closely with experienced consultants to develop both technical expertise and client-facing skills.Key responsibilities include:Conducting occupational exposure assessments (dusts, fibres, VOCs, gases and airborne contaminants)Analysing monitoring data and producing clear technical reportsSupporting surveys such as noise monitoring and LEV assessments (training provided)Assisting with client enquiries, quotations and business developmentThe role is primarily office-based with regular UK site work.
