Job Description English 2iC (Second in Charge) | Bromley | September Start Are you an experienced English Teacher ready to take on additional responsibility from September? A well-regarded secondary school in Bromley is seeking an English 2iC (Second in Charge) to support the leadership of their English department from September. This role would suit a strong classroom practitioner with a track record of good outcomes who is looking to step into, or further develop, a middle leadership role. You will be teaching English across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5. Working closely with the Head of English, you will help drive standards, support colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.
