This is afreelance opportunityfor an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a critical project in Walsall, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery throughout.The RoleYoull be responsible for theday-to-day supervision of mechanical works on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors while working closely with the wider project team in a live hospital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical operatives and subcontractors on siteCoordinate daily activities to meet programme and quality requirementsEnsure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and RAMSMaintain stricthealth & safety standardsin a live healthcare settingLiaise with the Project Manager, site teams, and hospital stakeholdersOversee quality control, snagging, and support testing & commissioningManage materials, deliveries, and site logisticsWhat Were Looking ForProven experience as aMechanical Supervisor / Manageron construction or energy projectsStrong background inHVAC, pipework, plant rooms, or mechanical installationsExperience working in a live healthcare environmentConfident managing labour, subcontractors, and site activitiesSMSTS, Managers CSCS card, and relevant mechanical qualificationsThe Package300per day CISFreelance contractOpportunity to work on a high-profile, technically challenging healthcare projectJBRP1_UKTJ
