This is a 100% office-based , internal sales role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where speed, accuracy and conversion are key. The role is heavily focused on day-to-day transactional sales activity rather than field sales or strategic business development. You'll be handling a high volume of inbound enquiries, producing quotations at pace, actively following up opportunities and working across multiple systems simultaneously. This is a hands-on role within a product-led business, requiring strong attention to detail around product selection, availability, logistics and hire coordination. Success in this position will be measured by response times, quote accuracy, conversion rates and disciplined system use. Role Overview You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activity, converting enquiries into confirmed orders, maintaining customer relationships and supporting wider sales and operational functions as required.
