Our client, a vibrant architectural practice in Central Manchester, is seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist with strong healthcare project experience to join their team. This role focuses on technical design and coordination, ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery throughout the design process. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical and construction documentation for healthcare projects. - Coordinate models and drawings across multi-disciplinary teams. - Support project delivery from RIBA Stage 2-4. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, guidance, and standards. - Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and quality control. Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Technician or Technologist on healthcare projects. - Strong technical design skills and understanding of healthcare requirements. - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM platforms. - Ability to work collaboratively across project teams and disciplines.
