The Role Conducting viewings and negotiating offers Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors Advising clients on market conditions and pricing Managing offers through to sale agreed Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Well organised with good attention to detail Comfortable using property software and major portals Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Whats in It for You?
