You will hold day-to-day accountability for safety, quality, and patient experience, ensuring services are inspection-ready and aligned with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led).This is a senior leadership role with genuine scope and impact. You will lead clinical governance, build and support high-performing multidisciplinary teams, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
