Apprenticeship Adviser Part - Time, 5 hours per day Description We are looking for a proactive Apprenticeship Adviser to join an Employer Engagement team on a part - time, temporary basis. This role is based in a further education college and is ideal for someone with experience in apprenticeships, recruitment, or employer engagement who enjoys supporting learners and employers through the apprenticeship recruitment and enrolment process. You will play a key role in matching students to apprenticeship opportunities, providing advice and guidance, and ensuring all eligibility and documentation requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Recruit and enrol apprentices in line with agreed targets Manage employer and student enquiries, ensuring a positive experience Advertise apprenticeship vacancies and match suitable students Provide information, advice, and guidance on apprenticeship programmes Liaise with employers, learners, and internal teams throughout the process Complete eligibility checks and initial assessments prior to placements Maintain accurate records on internal systems Support apprenticeship starts and promote opportunities at events Skills & Experience Experience in apprenticeships, recruitment, or employer engagement Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Confident using databases and IT systems Customer-focused and professional approach Additional Information This role is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check.
