We are recruiting for a RLO to join a Social Housing retrofit project ASAP! Experience in a similar, customer-facing role is essential. You will need a full UK driving licence and acces to your own vehicle. Temp position, up to 17.50 an hour, covering South Cumbria and North Lancashire. Your new role Building strong, trusting relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds Providing clear, timely updates on works, access requirements, and project timelines Handling enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism Carrying out home visits, welfare checks, and pre-/post-work assessments Working closely with contractors to coordinate appointments and minimise disruption What you'll need to succeed Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly A patient and resident-focused approach Experience working with diverse communities, including vulnerable residents A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team Full UK driving licence (often required for home visits) What you'll get in return Weekly pay Full-time weekday hours The option to be paid via PAYE or Umbrella What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
