Cedar are looking for a Senior Finance Transformation professional to join a national manufacturing business on permanent basis. This position is based in their London office and operating a hybrid working scheme. The Senior Finance Transformation Manager will play a leading role in reshaping how the finance function operates through the implementation and optimisation of enterprise finance systems. The role focuses on improving global financial processes, strengthening governance, and enabling more efficient and insightful reporting through ERP and EPM platforms. Core Responsibilities Transformation Delivery Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale finance transformation initiatives. Lead the finance system workstreams within ERP and EPM programmes, ensuring solutions meet operational and reporting requirements. Coordinate activities across multiple delivery streams, supporting programme governance, progress monitoring, and risk management. Work with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders to support successful system deployment. Finance Systems & Process Improvement Evaluate existing finance processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and efficiency improvements. Support the design of finance operating models that leverage ERP and EPM capabilities. Assist with system configuration decisions, ensuring finance requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. Support system testing, data migration activities, and go-live preparation. Stakeholder Collaboration & Adoption Build strong working relationships with regional finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders. Support communication and training activities to help embed new systems and processes. Provide subject matter expertise and practical guidance during change and transition periods. Encourage consistent adoption of standardised processes across global teams. Ongoing Development & Optimisation Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and expand automation following implementation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise return on transformation investment. Monitor system performance and user engagement, recommending enhancements where appropriate. Experience Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Extensive Experience working on finance transformation or finance systems projects within complex organisations. Exposure to ERP implementation or optimisation programmes. Understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory requirements. Strong Knowledge of leading Tier 1 ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent. Familiarity with EPM or financial planning and consolidation tools is advantageous. TPBN1_UKTJ
