We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.Job PurposeThe Performance & Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing operational and financial data Transportation and 3PL data, to deliver strategic insights that improve business performance and inform decision-making. This role oversees performance reporting, develops predictive models, and translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The position also ensures data integrity and alignment by collaborating closely with the Data & Analytics Department to enhance data quality, governance, and consistency across the organization.Location: Sofia, BulgariaMain responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive analytics process, for the benefit of our CoE, that align with organizational goals and drive performance improvement. Build and maintain advanced operational and financial models for cost and performance analysis. Identify business opportunities, root causes of issues, and actionable insights using data-driven approaches. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Transport data analytics to strengthen organizational capabilities. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Department to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of data used for reporting. Oversee the full lifecycle of analytics projects for our COE, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and delivery. Ensure the accuracy, stability, and reliability of analytical solutions, enforcing data governance and quality standards. Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner. Work cross-functionally with teams such as SC Finance, Procurement, and Data & Analytics to align on data priorities and develop integrated analytical solutions. Design and deploy analytical tools, dashboards, and visualization systems to make data more accessible and impactful for decision-makers.Key StakeholdersInternal: BU Logistics Lead, BU Transport Leads, BU Planning Leads, CoE Manufacturing, ISS Finance CenterExperience & Qualifications required :Must-haves: Proficiency in Excel, big data software and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical skills in statistics, data modeling, and problem-solving. Proven leadership experience managing international teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations. Business acumen with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business); Masters degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven performance management within international FMCG environment.Nice-to-haves: Experience within logistics, transportation, or FMCG industries. Familiarity with machine learning, automation tools, or advanced statistical techniques. Background in financial modeling and performance management.
