About the Role:As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, helping us win work and deliver value. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure every bid is competitive, realistic, and profitable.?? Key Responsibilities:Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirementsPrepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsSource and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractorsIdentify risks and opportunities in project scopesWork closely with the commercial and project delivery teamsMaintain and update cost databases and pricing tools?? Requirements:Proven experience as an Estimator (2+ years preferred)Strong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency in estimating software (e.g., ConQuest, Causeway, Excel)Excellent communication and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsRelevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar??
