The Role: We are looking to recruit an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Welder to join our manufacturing team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be required to: Manufacture steel telescopic covers for machine tools Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard Work from engineering drawings Cut, form, assemble, and finish sheet metal components Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process Skills & Experience: Proven experience in sheet metal work Competent in MIG & TIG welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings A reliable, hands-on approach with good attention to detail Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team Hours of Work: Monday Thursday: 7:30am 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am 12:30pm 39 hours per week (early Friday finish) Pay & Benefits: Permanent, secure employment 15 - 16 an hour Friendly, family-run working environment Stable workload within an established engineering business If you are a skilled welder or sheet metal worker looking for a long-term role in a well-respected engineering company with a positive working culture, we would love to hear from you.
