The site employs around 850 people and produces millions of bags of leafy salads and prepared vegetables for a dedicated customer. It is only 8 miles from Dover. About the role. We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you'll be kept busy creating our products. Working right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, you'll enjoy plenty of variety, be encouraged to find where your strengths lie and supported to achieve your full potential. Whether you are a machine operative, mixing operative, technician, QCs or key operative, you'll always focus on safety, speed and accuracy. Using your previous experience in a manufacturing environment, you'll always aim to deliver high-quality in a right first-time environment. Skilled Factory Operative - Days duties may include: Conducting CCP's Metal Detection operation Check weighing operation Leading a production line We're looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress. Familiar with the demands of a fast-paced production environment, you'll have a good understanding of food safety best practice. About you.
