AMJ Recruitment are looking for Experienced Sewing Machinist's to join our valued Manufacturing Client, based in Coventry. MUST HAVE SEWING EXPERIENCE AND ABLE TO PASS A TEST ONSITE. Salary - 12.21 per hour rising when Permanent Hours - 07:30 to 16:15 (Mon-Thur) 07:30 to 12:30 (Fri) Term - Temp to Perm Start Date - ASAP Key Responsibilities: Operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced production setting Sewing a range of materials to required specifications Carrying out twin needle sewing, top sewing, flat sewing, and overlocking Ensuring consistently high-quality workmanship Completing regular sewing machine checks and basic maintenance Working to production targets and deadlines Following health 'safety and quality procedures Maintaining a clean and organised workstation Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience as a Sewing Machinist or similar role Experience with: o Twin needle machines o Top sewing o Flat sewing o Overlock machines Strong attention to detail Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and undertake training where required Good timekeeping and reliability What the Client Offers: Training provided for the right candidate Temp-to-perm opportunity Consistent working hours with early Friday finish Free on-site parking Supportive team environment Competitive pay To apply, please send your CV over to the AMJ Recruitment Team, who will be in touch to discuss next steps.
