A well-established engineering business is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong knowledge of air systems / air handling to take ownership of a high-value sales portfolio. This is a senior, technically credible role with a mix of UK site visits and regular international travel , managing the full sales lifecycle from technical discussions and solution design through to quotation, negotiation and closing. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end technical sales process with UK and global customers Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships Take ownership of pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations Work closely with internal engineering and project teams Deliver personal sales revenues in excess of 1.5m per annum Ideal background: HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Strong experience within air systems, air handling or similar engineered solutions Technically credible and consultative sales approach Comfortable with high-value, project-led sales Ability to interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD / 3D advantageous) Package: 50,00070,000 base salary Up to 25% company bonus Company car or allowance (premium options available) Pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays Early finish on Fridays For a discussion , please apply or contact directly.
