Hours: 40 hrs per week (MonThu 07:0016:30, Fri 07:0012:00) Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays Pension: 4% employer/4% employee We are seeking an experienced Group Stores Supervisor to lead and coordinate stores, inventory, and purchasing operations across three business units within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, supervising stores personnel, supporting production and despatch activities, and driving efficiency through strong processes, KPIs, and effective use of the SAGE X3 ERP system. Working closely with Production, Quality, and suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, stock accuracy, FIFO compliance, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels to meet production and customer requirements Supervise and develop stores personnel Coordinate with production teams on planning and forecasting Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and annual stock takes Control purchasing of consumables and maintain supplier relationships Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and company procedures Requirements: NVQ or equivalent in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Team Leadership Proven supervisory experience in a stores/warehouse role (manufacturing preferred) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills ERP/MRP and stock control experience (SAGE X3 desirable) Counterbalance Forklift Licence and full UK Driving Licence TPBN1_UKTJ
