Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Automatic Coffee Installation Engineer with hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining Coffetek Vitro coffee machines , associated cabinets, and water/plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills, and confidence working both independently and on client sites. Extended holiday allowance after 2 years service Key Responsibilities Install and commission Coffetek Vitro coffee machines and associated cabinets at customer premises. Carry out on-site plumbing connections, including water filtration systems, waste management, and drainage integration. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and servicing of automatic coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and drink quality. Diagnose faults and complete efficient repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, utilities access, and cabinet layout. Provide technical support and user training to customers. Complete installation and service documentation accurately and promptly. Follow health & safety standards, including correct handling of electrical equipment, water systems, and heavy units. Maintain company tools, parts, and service vehicle to a high standard. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience working with Coffetek Vitro or similar automatic coffee machines. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fittings, and water filtration equipment. Basic electrical knowledge (fault-finding, wiring, testing). Experience installing or servicing vending or coffee equipment (desirable). Ability to read technical diagrams and installation manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid UK driving licence (or region equivalent). Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and able to work independently. Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently. Willingness to travel and perform site work.
