Were looking for a confident, experienced leader to manage two childrens residential homes supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) . Youll oversee the day-to-day running of both homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety while leading, mentoring, and developing your teams. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys strategic oversight, and is passionate about making a real difference in young peoples lives. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, trauma-informed leadership across two homes using the PACE model . Oversee compliance with Ofsted regulations , safeguarding, and all statutory standards. Lead on recruitment, supervision, and team performance across both locations. Ensure placement and health plans are completed and maintained to a high standard. Manage budgets, rotas, and financial reporting for both homes. Build positive relationships with young people, families, local authorities, and professionals. Support staff on-the-ground during challenging situations and model best practice. Conduct audits, inspections, and Regulation 45 reporting. What We Offer Up to 10,000 in performance-based bonuses . What You Need Proven experience managing a childrens residential home ( dual-site experience preferred ). Minimum 2 years in a senior role within residential childcare. Experience supporting young people with EBD and trauma . Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or enrolled). Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). In-depth understanding of Looked After Children (LAC) procedures and safeguarding. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Full UK driving licence.
