Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation!What youll doCustomer group Adult Social Care CustomersMaking sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales.Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.Why join usStep into a role where your skills shape better lives and stronger communities. Be part of one of the UKs top 10 Great Places to Work!You haveExperience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management dutiesKnow-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partnersThe ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds, whilst being able to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to your colleaguesA can do positive attitude, youre proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.Stronger togetherWe do our best work when we're ourselves.
