Client Side Block Manager Location: Oxted Salary: Up to 45,000 Car: Company car or car allowance A well established client side property business is seeking an experienced Client Side Block Manager to join their team based in Oxted. This is a stakeholder focused role working directly for the freeholder, offering a stable portfolio, clear structure, and a move away from the pressures of a traditional managing agent environment. The role is primarily office based in Oxted with regular site presence and offers long term stability and autonomy. Role Overview: Client side management of a residential block portfolio Acting as the primary point of contact for residents and key stakeholders Overseeing managing agents and external contractors Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring standards are maintained Reviewing and monitoring service charge budgets and expenditure Ensuring compliance with lease obligations, health and safety, and statutory requirements Supporting major works and long term maintenance planning Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience in residential block management Strong understanding of leasehold management and service charges Confident operating in a client side or stakeholder led role Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence This role is ideal for a Block Manager looking to move client side, with a competitive salary, car provision, and a supportive, professional environment.
