Designer Recruitment are proud to represent a leading, luxury kitchen brand who are looking for a Part-Time Showroom Manager. Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days Salary: 30,000 (pro-rata 18,000) + bonus (OTE circa 26k) Role Overview: The Showroom Manager is responsible for the overall presentation and day-to-day operations of a high-end kitchen showroom. This role combines sales support, exceptional customer experience, team management, and brand representation. The successful candidate will ensure the showroom reflects the brands premium positioning while consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining outstanding client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Front of house, showroom & customer experience Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented at all times Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer journey from enquiry to sale Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company values and image Host high-value client consultations with sales designers Complete weekly reports based on showroom activity Support local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions Call new leads and convert to brief appointments Develop strategies to increase footfall, enquiries, and repeat business Manage showroom budgets, expenses, and timesheets Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in luxury retail or showroom management (kitchens, interiors, furniture, or similar) Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner High level of organisation and attention to detail Confident, polished communicator IT capable (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work as part of a team Training & Development Fully funded induction at Head Office Comprehensive sales training IT, software, and technical development Latest IT equipment Benefits Cycle to Work Scheme Contributory pension Access to discounts across hundreds of well-known retailers Wellbeing platform offering fitness resources, mindfulness tools, nutritional guidance, and financial support Employee Assistance Programme Mortgage advice and education through partnered specialists Additional employee benefits currently being developed If you are a Senior Sales Advisor, Assistant Showroom Manager, or Showroom Manager with a strong background in luxury interiors, and you are interested in a part-time opportunity in a high-performing team, we would love to hear from you!
