Class 2 Driver - Start date: ASAP Pure Staff Birmingham are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 drivers to support one of our customers situated in the Derby area. This is an ongoing role leading to a temp to perm for the right candidate. If you fit the criteria below, please do not hesitate to apply. The role for a Class 2 driver: Typically, 10-12 drops a day Local depot deliveries Long hours. Start times from 6AM - 8AM Loads will be picked and ready for Drivers, but they will be expected to load themselves (with assistance) and control that the load is on safety. Delivering chippy products To be a successful a Class 2 driver for this role you will need: UK Category C license In date Digi and CPC card Minimum 6 months on Class 2 licence Opportunity for permanent position Flexibility on shift patterns Reliable (on time for work and a good attendance record) No more than 6 points on your licence Rates for an HGV Class 2 Driver: 15ph to 16.81ph Your hourly pay rate is 15 and you will accrue 1.81 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave.
