Through this they have made strong relationships with a blue chip client list with the majority of work secured by way of repeat business, providing a stable and consistent pipeline.Due to planned growth they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Glasgow.The role will includeFull commercial management of projects up to 30 millionCost planning, budgeting and forecastingProcurement and management of subcontractor packagesValuations, variations and final accountsWorking closely with site and project teams to drive commercial performanceReporting into senior commercial managementAbout youProven experience within general contracting across a range of projectsDegree in Quantity Surveying/EquivalentExperience managing multiple projects concurrentlyStrong commercial and contractual knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhats on offerSalary up to circa 65,000 depending on experienceGenerous bonus schemeSecure pipeline of workOpportunity to work on varied projectsSupportive and well structured commercial teamThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, to join a reputable contractor delivering high profile projects.If you're interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
