We require an experienced Credit Controller required to actively manage customer accounts. To ensure timely payments and minimise bad debt by implementing credit policies, reconciling accounts, and negotiating with high-risk customers. Key skills required include communication, determination, attention to detail, and software proficiency. Key Responsibilities Debt Recovery: Recovering overdue payments B2B. Policy Implementation: Ensuring adherence to company credit control policies and procedures. Account Management: Reconciling complex accounts and managing high profile customer accounts. Customer Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely payments. Payment Negotiation: Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers to resolve outstanding debts. Stakeholder Relations: Work with Sales order Processing team and our Sales team to investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes. Communicate with Shared Service in Poland to support accurate cash allocations and resolution of payment queries. Timely release of dunning letters and statements Essential Skills and Attributes Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with customers and internal teams. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to manage complex accounts. Determination and Resilience: Persistence and the ability to remain calm and determined in challenging situations.
