Full-time- Based across Forth Valley We are recruiting for a Senior Maintenance technician. The ideal applicant will be a time served Electrician or plumber and have experience of managing projects. This is a hands-on, senior technician post where you will support in the leading of teams, quote for works and manage projects. What you will be doing Delivering reactive and planned building works Undertaking either electrical or plumbing/heating duties (depending on qualification) Leading small works projects: scoping, surveying and preparing quotations Coordinating contractors and supporting Maintenance Operatives on site Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance to a high standard Ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and with minimal disruption to tenants Updating FM software, capturing job details and maintaining accurate records Supporting the Maintenance Manager in delivering small capital works and compliance activity Contributing to sustainability initiatives and wider estate improvement What makes this role perfect for the right person Highly varied where no two days are the same across our diverse property portfolio Hands-on every day - ideal if you like being active, practical and technically challenged Room to grow- a great step for someone keen to expand into small works coordination and supervisory responsibility Positive team culture - supportive colleagues and strong organisational values Community impact- the work you deliver directly improves the experience of local businesses Flexible working available About you We would love to hear from you if you: are a time-served in electrician or heating engineer have strong practical experience in maintenance, repairs, fit out or small works have experience scoping, quoting and organising small projects have a solid understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work good communication, problem solving and attention to detail Pride in doing a job well and producing high-quality results IPAF/PASMA, CSCS/ECS or additional trade certifications are helpful but not essential have a driving licence In return we offer: Generous employer pension contribution Annual performance-related bonus Option of salary sacrifice 30 days annual leave plus four public holidays Your Birthday off Flexibility where the role allows Ceteris is Scotlands leading landlord with a social purpose, join us and help make a difference to the spaces where local businesses start, grow, and succeed.
