Production Operative Full-Time, Permanent Mondays - Thursdays - 48 hours per week We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operative for a full-time, permanent position in Verwood. This role offers a fantastic four-day working week, Monday to Thursday, 7am7pm , giving you excellent work-life balance while being fully involved in production activities. You will report to the Production Team Leader and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality machine operation while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high standard of health and safety throughout your shift. Operate machines efficiently and pack products to a high standard of excellence. Safely fill materials into machines as required. Carry out quality checks every 20 minutes. Maintain housekeeping standards at high 5S levels. Support other business activities and undertake additional duties as requested.
