Head's PA & Clerk to the Governors (Maternity Cover) Blandford- Up to 35,000 DOE We are working exclusively with a well-established independent organisation who are seeking a highly capable Head's Personal Assistant & Clerk to the Governors to provide senior-level administrative and governance support on a maternity cover basis. This is a confidential and trusted role, operating at the centre of the organisation and supporting executive leadership and the governing board. Key Elements of the Role: Providing high-level PA support to the Head, including complex diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination Preparing agendas, papers and producing accurate minutes for senior leadership and board meetings Managing confidential communications with internal and external stakeholders Supporting statutory, compliance and governance-related administration Acting as Clerk to the Governors, servicing board, and committee meetings Maintaining governance records, policies, and statutory filings About You: Proven experience in a senior PA, governance, or company secretarial role Excellent communication skills with strong, accurate minute-taking ability Professional, proactive, and highly discreet Confident working with senior leadership and governing bodies Available to start in March 2026 What's on offer: Salary up to 35,000 DOE 25 days holiday (pro rata) Pension scheme On-site parking A great working environment within a small and friendly team This role can be offered on a part-time basis, minimum 25 hours per week Please note this role is office-based and will require a DBS check.
