This role blends advanced clinical expertise with opportunities to develop leadership capability, ensuring highquality patient care while contributing to the smooth daytoday running of clinic operations.Alongside managing your own clinical caseload, you will take on responsibilities that build the foundations for future leadership including supporting junior clinicians, contributing to operational coordination, and collaborating closely with regional leadership teams. Due to commute, a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.Team Lead position.
