In this role, you will focus on generating new sales and revenue by engaging with both new prospects and previous customers. You will play a key part in building strong customer relationships, converting leads into new business, and promoting the companys full range of products and services. Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive: Conduct outbound calls and emails to new prospects, following up on potential leads. Identify new opportunities within the existing customer base and convert them into sales revenue. Understand customer needs and secure the company as their preferred supplier. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Ideal Candidates experience: Proven experience in telephone sales or business development, preferably in a fast paced, target driven environment. Track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities. Ability to manage and grow a customer base, particularly previous customers. Strong customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and protentional telephone manner. Collaborative team player with professionalism and credibility in dealings with customers. Self motivated, energetic, organised, reliable, and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
