TIG Welder/ Fabricator 42k - 44k dependant on experience, based in Dorset This is not a high-volume production role. The position focuses on one-off and low-volume bespoke fabrication, requiring precision, adaptabilityand a strong understanding of complex assemblies. Following a strong year of growth and with turnover projected to exceed 100 million this year, now is an excellent time to join the business. Key Responsibilities TIG welding and fabrication of exhaust systems, fuel tanksand associated components Working from engineering drawings and specifications Producing high-integrity welds to exacting standards Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams on bespoke builds Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and documentation Skills & Experience Proven experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator in a precision engineering environment Strong background in bespoke or prototype fabrication (not repetitive batch work) Experience working with thin-wall materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, exotic alloys) Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings Background in aerospace, motorsport, defenceor high-performance engineering is highly desirable Meticulous attention to detail and pride in workmanship TPBN1_UKTJ
