Asycd’s Research Lab is a rebellious, exploratory space where early-career AI enthusiasts collaborate on experimental projects in generative AI, prompt engineering, and agentic systems. We run in 3-month sprint cycles, selecting a small cohort of researchers to push boundaries, test ideas, and refine their own reasoning in real time.This is not a job. A cover letter is optional but welcome if it helps you express your interests or creative perspective.Research Proposal + InterviewShortlisted applicants will be invited to develop a one‑page research proposal based on one of our suggested themes—or a topic of your own that aligns with the Lab’s ethos. You’ll then discuss your proposal with our team in a conversational interview focused on curiosity, clarity, and creative reasoning.Final DecisionAfter the interview, we’ll review your proposal, your approach to exploration, and your fit for the cohort.
