Job DescriptionDescriptionAs a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the civils teams working as part of our contract. You will provide technical expertise and experience, working as a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.nYou will be experienced working in Utility Networks. You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work right first time. nYou will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly. You will provide support to ensure that the companys work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers, as well as the management of the business and client database systems.nKey ResponsibilitiesnOwn of each workstream, coordinating the work from receipt, through to job completionnUnderstand and supervise all Surveying/Pre-siting activities, Duct Laying and Duct repairsnUnderstand of all types of backfill and re-instatement processes and proceduresnUnderstand and supervise all Cable Laying activitiesnProduce As-Built drawings nBe responsible for Streetworks performance and driving continual improvements with the Operational teams, i.e. defect and root cause analysisnEnsure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient mannernProvide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and KPIs are achievednProvide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing changenEnsure that safety issues are reported in line with Company proceduresnExperience and QualificationsnRelevant Qualifications in relation to the work being carried out, i.e. NRWSA at supervisory levelnWalk Out nElectrical would be ideal nFinancial and commercial awarenessnExcellent communication skills nFull UK Driving LicencenSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
