Job Description Architectural Technician Chelmsford | up to 40,000If you're an Architectural Technician who wants more ownership and a clear path up, this role gives you the chance to take a leading position in a tight team.You'll work directly with well-respected house builders and see impressive residential projects through technical design and on-site.You will pick up schemes from planning, turn them into buildable information, and keep delivery moving. You will coordinate with consultants and contractors, produce clear working drawings in AutoCAD, review details on site, and handle day-to-day client conversations with support from the senior team. Revit experience helps, but is not essential.You'll fit well if you have experience on residential developments, can produce planning and technical drawings with confidence, and know how to keep quality and deadlines on track. Being local to Chelmsford is important so you can be present with the team and clients.You will be joining a practice that values initiative and gives responsibility early.
