Job Description Role Overview:Salary: 12.21 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1800Location: Laindon, EssexContract: Maternity CoverRole Summary:The Pharmacy Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that there are smooth processes across the organisation, focusing on organising/filing prescriptions, and helping with dispensary and prescription queries.Role Duties:Liaising with Head of Pharmacy and wider team regarding admin tasks and dutiesAnswering phone calls as requiredAssisting team with Zendesk mattersHelping the team investigate and resolve patient queries as requiredAssisting the team with packaging of medication for shipmentQualification/Experience for Role:A good command of written and spoken English GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferredExperiencePrevious experience as an Administrator, within a healthcare setting preferredExtensive experience within an administrative role desiredExperience using MS-Office preferredPrevious experience using Zendesk preferredInterest or background within medical cannabis desirableOur ClientWe are a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.
