You'll combine your love of the mountains with customer care, offering support, guidance, and genuine insight to help customers before, during, and after their holiday. Whether theyre first-timers or seasoned enthusiasts, youll help them make the most of their mountain experience.This role will be based at the Manchester Chill Factore; however, youll also act as overflow champion to our Customer Service Centre.
