Youll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, innovation, and safety - working on exciting new development projects and contributing to a culture of excellence. This is a shift based position consisting of 4 on/4 off days 8am-7pm. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and review microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.Lead investigations into OOS/OOT results and support CAPA implementationConduct environmental and utility monitoring in cleanroom and controlled environmentsMaintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure inspection-readinessProvide training in microbiological techniques and support team developmentDrive process improvements and support validation and project workKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceExperience in a similar role in a GMP-regulated microbiology lab (pharma or biopharma)Proficiency in environmental monitoring, bioburden testing, and microbial identificationDegree in a relevant life sciences subject (Microbiology preferred)Ability to work according to shift pattern (4 on/4 off days 8am-7pm)If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced lab environment, wed love to hear from you.
