And to thrive.Design all Denim & Casual Bottoms for Menswear for Next Sourcing, with a focus on high-quality, trend-led basics.Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer-relevant products.Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.Managing one Assistant Designer.Support project-based collections as well as core line development.About You:Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.Having strong team work and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background.Must have Denim Design experience.Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.Experience of managing an Assistant Designer is required.Sponsorship: Candidates wishing to apply who would require sponsorship for this role will be required to meet the Home Office sponsorship requirements.
