Job Description Department: Field SolutionsLocation: United Kingdom - Flex (0007)DescriptionPlease note this is a hybrid position where you are required to work from our London office a minimum of two days a week. As a Sales Development Representative, you will reach out to prospective clients to introduce them to Vena Solutions' product offerings. You will converse with C-Level Executives and managers from Mid-market and Fortune 500 companies to understand their business environment, identify their needs, and determine where Venas offering might fit. You will serve as a strategic partner to Venas Regional Sales Managers, continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities and helping move prospects through the sales process to close.How You'll Make An ImpactTargeting prospective companies in the SMB, Mid Market & Enterprise spaceComplete a high volume of outbound prospecting and market nurturing activitiesConduct and manage the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualificationDrive prospects to webinars and special eventsTrack activity, sales progress, and territory market data in Salesforce.comInitiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the marketWe'd Love to SeeExperience in outbound cold calling, relationship building and territory managementAbility to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels within an organizationAbility to engage new clients in value-add business conversationsTechnically savvy: interest in new software and curious about their functionalityCoachability - willing to take and implement constructive feedbackStrong written and verbal communication skillsYou are competitive by nature: can overcome objections and are motivated to achieve sales targetsOur salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations.
