Project Administrator / Permanent / Watton / Salary up to 29,000 Position 1 Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing company in search of a Project Administrator . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment who have supported projects and engaged with key stakeholders. Once you successfully complete your probation, youll benefit from a hybrid work model 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Youll also enjoy an early Friday finish with working hours. Schedule and manage expeditor visits and site attendance. Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Attend and take minutes at key meetings, ensuring accurate distribution. Assist in preparing and issuing project reports and documentation. Manage project schedules, tracking deadlines and potential risks. Coordinate client visits, including calendar management and logistics. Expedite documentation approvals to prevent project delays. Update internal systems (AX & CRM) with project data and delivery dates. Support procurement entries and work order amendments. Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action points. Perform general administrative support for the Project Management team. The successful Project Administrator will have experience working closely with a project management team and will be confident in coordinating meetings with stakeholders, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them promptly. They should also be experienced in completing reports for both internal and external use, compiling and following up on job pack documentation required to start production, and handling a variety of general administrative tasks to support the wider Project Management team.
