We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Operative to join our team in Andover. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure building are safe, functional and well maintained. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 07.00am 16.00pm Location - Andover Key responsibilities: At all times to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner seeking guidance from colleagues as required Assist the engineers where required to drive the performance of the team . equipment / process to deliver the planned requirements for the day in the most efficient way Escalate any issues by communicating to the appropriate person working closely with other departments Ensure all operations carried out inside the factory are In line with and adhere to the food safety principles. Company, H&S, HR and Hygiene policies and standards must also be always adhered to.
