Youll manage a team of Website Editors and take ownership of content planning, governance, and optimisation. This role is key to delivering accurate, engaging, and compliant content that drives user engagement and conversion. What youll be doing As Senior Website Editor / Senior Content Editor, youll lead the editorial strategy and content planning for the website, ensuring alignment with business goals and CRO objectives. Youll manage and mentor a team of Website Editors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Youll maintain editorial governance, including tone of voice, style guides, and workflows, while ensuring all content is compliant, user-centric, and optimised for SEO and accessibility. Working closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams, youll deliver timely updates and support digital campaigns and product launches. Monitoring content performance using analytics tools will be key to making data-driven recommendations that enhance user experience and conversion. What experience youll need to apply Proven experience in digital content management and editorial leadership. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Experience managing and developing editorial teams. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and publishing workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of financial services or regulated industries is desirable. Marketing, communication, or similar qualification preferred.
