With strong product-market fit and live production deployments at some of the world's largest and most prestigious institutions, the team is working around the clock across offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong to become the leading AI application platform for enterprise.About The RoleSeeking a Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years experience in React/Next.js and Python to design, develop, and maintain scalable systems across the stack for an AI-native workspace.They are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building modern web applications, is fluent in React/Next.js, experienced with backend development (Python preferred), and has hands-on exposure to infrastructure and DevOps practices.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure systems across the stack - from frontend interfaces to backend APIs, databases, and deployment pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js.Build, test, and deploy backend services and APIs (Python/Django/FastAPI preferred, but other languages/frameworks welcome).Collaborate with founders, growth team, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features.Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the stack.Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring solutions.Contribute to infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.Requirements5+ years of professional software engineering experienceProven experience with React and Next.js in production environmentsStrong backend development skills (Python preferred)Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with Git and collaborative development workflowsKnowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelinesExperience implementing background workers and task queues (Celery, RQ, etc.)Proficiency with Redis for caching, pub/sub, or job queuesRequired SkillsReactNext.jsPythonDjangoFastAPIAWSGCPAzureDockerKubernetesCI/CD pipelinesRedisCeleryRQGitcollaborative development workflowsproblem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary + equitySupportive and innovative work environmentOpportunity to help shape and build a generational companyTeam membersfoundersgrowth teamdesignersengineersSalary: 100000 - 200000 GBPEquity: equity
