We are keen to speak to anyone who puts people at the heart of what they do, take pride in their work, deliver great outcomes, do the right thing and relish the chance for self-improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to Chartered Financial PlannersReport directly to the Practice ManagerProcess new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection productsLiaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy details, and manage client servicingMaintain and update client records using internal CRM systems (Intelliflo Office)Prepare documentation for client meetings and ensure timely follow-upEnsure compliance with FCA regulations and internal proceduresSupport onboarding of new clients using EWSs paperless systemsAssist in managing the advisers' diaries and meeting arrangementsCandidate RequirementsEssentialMust have experience in an IFA or wealth management environmentMust have experience with IO (Intelliflo Office) and some experience with Genovo, FE Analytics and/or CashCalcStrong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection productsExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong team working ethicHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with FCA compliance and regulatory frameworksDesirableSome progress towards CII RO qualifications (potential support for further study towards these qualifications if only part achieved)Experience in producing high level reports via above platformsParaplanning experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary with annual performance bonus28 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension scheme and private healthcareOpportunities for career progression within a Chartered firm, EWS has clearly defined succession planning pathways and career development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team cultureJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company pensionFinancial planning servicesOn-site gymExperience:IFA Administrative : 1 year (required)Intelliflo Office: 1 year (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glasgow, G2 6HJ
