For more information, please visit www.bydeluxe.comLocation: Holborn, London (hybrid)Full-Time, Permanent PositionPosition SummaryAs part of the global client services team, this role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering content for theatrical and home entertainment releases, this role will involve direct engagement and interfacing with customers. You will work collaboratively with internal UK operational teams, as well as Deluxes numerous teams across Europe, Asia and North America, to deliver a world class service.Role And ResponsibilitiesGrow client relationships and become their main point of contactProvide day-to-day support to customers on delivering excellent service and satisfactionLiaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure project requirements are executed effectively and efficientlyCoordinate the acquisition of source materials from relevant internal/external partiesManage orders via Deluxes proprietary systems through the production pipelineCollaborate with internal operational stakeholders and ensure internal team alignment on the needs of the customerExercise impeccable judgment and ownership by knowing when to escalate customer requirements or project blockers to the project team, Supervisors and Senior ManagementUnderstand rate cards and services to ensure proper application of rates to ordersPrepare Executive summaries and presentations on an ad hoc basis.Help establish workflows, document standard operating procedures and develop training for peers/reportsBe responsible for maintaining and presenting account status reports with the customer and internal stakeholdersKeep apprised of industry developments, new technology and workflowsKey RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have proven experience of working within a busy, deadline driven client environment, as well as:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have strong interpersonal skillsHighly organised and able to work independently within own processProven ability to identify the correct problem and solve itStrong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities is a mustAbility to listen and engage different cultures and perspectivesPositive, service-oriented personalityAbility to learn and process information quickly is a plusMust be flexible to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlinesDiversity StatementDeluxe is committed to inclusivity, fostering an environment where every employee feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work.
